Assalaam Alaikum Everyone,
Its been a while since I truely sat down and refreshed my learning about our wonderful faith... Alhamdolilah, life has changed since the last time I spent endless hours learning deep into religion...
Back in the days, I was a student. Just like many other students, frustrated with the usual school routines, annoyed with the whole idea of living in a different country with several restrictions on what to do and what not to do... I finally realized peace of mind in learning... it was a beautiful experience wherein I researched into my questions and found my answers!
Alhamdolilah, that experience made me who I truely am today. Blessed with wonderful parents (May Allah SWT grant them a long and healthy life) who took the responsibility of getting me married to a wonderful man who strives to learn religion by the day as I do! Our marriage was blessed to be held on the holy day of 1st of Zilhajj, the day of union of our beloved Imam Ali ibne Abi Talib (AS) and the lady of heavens, Bibi Fatima Zehra (AS). Allah SWT has given us both dynamic personalities wherein we both strive to prove ourselves and aim to perfect ourselves by the day. We have infinite blessings to be thankful for!
Today, I sit down, realizing that I have not been able to give myself peace of mind for a while. There have been many ups and downs in life through which I struggled and many directions where life took me. Now that I have settled, I wish to increase my knowledge and struggle towards increasing my religous wisdom. That is the only way I gain peace and am very sure that you would too.
Thus my effort into blogging. My aim with this blog is to write out views and opinions and present research and links etc. for everyone to increase their religous wisdom about the shia faith. I am no scholar, nor will I ever claim to be one. My task is to only present resources and materials from existing scholars with true reference to prove them. This blog does not exist for popularity, nor does it exist because I had nothing else to do! This blog is my means to promote knowledge which many youngsters even in todays world are far from, despite the resources available all over the web!
I hope my effort brings together a group of people who will assist me spread the word of our beloved Prophet Mohamamd PBUH&HF and spread the beauty of Shia Islam as it truely exists!
